when two pals tie the knot.

sometimes this world grants us entry into the lives of others who are simply remarkable. her high pony, his loose glasses. they wed in their church, drenched in light beaming from the sky. flower girls twirling in the aisle ways, generations of tears flowing down cheeks in the crowd. they kissed and danced down the aisle way to the beat of their own drum, parading all the way out to the street before hopping in their baby blue getaway car. dinner came flying out, hot, and the band wasted no time dropping crowd pleasers. everyone rising in unison and joining in. it is a gift to know them and their loved ones. I left feeling a part of something, I had been let in on the celebration of the century, and it was a blast and a half I’ll tell you what.

a short film on super 8 of the day they wed.
